The ultimate orbital meetup for 250 elite teen creators and micro-influencers. High-energy collabs, neon aesthetics, and a cosmic take-over of Astro Fun World. Note: Applying does not guarantee entry. This is a private event only open to those that receive an invite.

CREATOR ELIGIBILITY & VIBE CHECK

We’re looking for creators who are kind, uplifting, and drama-free. Your content should reflect the positive, inclusive vibe of our event.
✦ Active & Authentic
There’s no follower minimum, but your account must be real, established, and actively posting. Brand-new or “faceless” accounts will not be accepted.

✦ Age Limit
All applying creators must be between 13 and 19 years old.
✦ US-Based Only
You must live in the United States to apply.
TICKET POLICY
✦ The Rule of 3
Each accepted invite can bring up to three people:
• 1 Creator
• 1 Plus-One (Age 13-19, or parent/guardian)
• 1 Required Parent/Guardian
Tickets are $20 each for Creator and Plus-One. One parent is free if not participating in attractions. Tickets include all attractions and teen dance club. Link will be provided to purchase your tickets. Ticket link will close one week before the party.
✦ Guardian Access
A parent or guardian must attend with the creator. Non-participating parents/guardians may stay in designated areas (i.e. cafe) and will not be allowed inside the Teen Night Club or collab zones. Teens 17 and up do not need a Guardian, but must show a valid Driver's License or State ID.

The takeover is hosted at Astro Fun World in Aurora, IL.

Travel and hotels are not provided. You are responsible for your own travel.
✦ Availability
You must be available to attend between July 8–13. Exact date will be shared via invite if you are accepted.
✦ The Trust Factor
If you’re invited, the exact event time is private. Sharing or leaking the date or time on social media or with uninvited people will result in your invite being revoked.
✦ Strict ID Check
Everyone in your party (Creator, Plus-One, and all Parents/Guardians) must bring a valid physical ID to be admitted. Accepted forms of ID include: State ID, Driver’s License, or a physical Middle or High School School ID that includes a birthdate. Digital copies or photos of IDs will not be accepted. No entry will be granted without a valid physical ID.
✦ Liability, Indemnification & Venue Rules
The following protections and waivers of liability apply equally to Astro Fun World, Jeweled by Grace LLC, its members, and the event partners. By attending, you agree to abide by all official venue safety rules, including those regarding the rock wall and attractions. The organizers are not responsible for injuries resulting from the use of venue equipment or third-party activities.
✦ Application Discretion & Privacy
Because space is strictly limited, the application process is highly selective. Invitations are issued at the sole discretion of the organizers based on account authenticity and community alignment. By submitting an application or video, you confirm that your parent/legal guardian has reviewed the materials and consents to the review of your public social media profiles. Submitting an application does not create a confidential relationship or guarantee an invitation. The organizers reserve the right to revoke an invitation at any time.
✦ Content & Media Release
This is a high-energy content creation event! By attending, you grant the event organizers, hosts, and sponsors the irrevocable right to film, photograph, and use your likeness for promotional purposes. You also consent to appearing in background footage shot by other creators in the collab zones.
✦ Event Code of Conduct
We are committed to a safe, uplifting, and drama-free environment. Bullying, harassment, unapproved brand solicitation, or any violation of the venue's rules will not be tolerated. The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee and their party from the event immediately, without a refund.
✦ Refund Policy
All ticket sales processed through the venue are final. Because this is a limited-capacity event, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or attendees who are removed for violating the event guidelines.

As the visionary behind the Cosmic Creator Takeover, she is deeply dedicated to empowering teen digital creators everywhere. Roxy shares her love for all things girly, fashion, skincare, and self-care across her platforms. A supportive digital bestie to everyone she meets. Fueled by her passion for community building and her instinct for viral trends, Roxy dreamed of having an event where teen creators of all sizes from all over the US could come together, meet, have fun, and level up their social media. With the support of Astro Fun World, that vision has become the Cosmic Creator Takeover—an event designed to unite top young creators under one roof to collaborate, create content, and enjoy an unforgettable experience. Co-host guest creator and middle school teen, Isabella is on a mission to use her diverse talents (competitive dancer, singer, model, actress, creator, and business owner) to spread kindness both online and off. She shares her love for the performing arts through relatable GRWMs, trends, and authentic lifestyle content, acting as a bright, encouraging voice for her generation. As the founder of her platform, Grace's Wish, she is deeply dedicated to serving the underserved, leading monthly kindness giveaways and spearheading fundraisers for charities like the Crisis Nursery and St. Vincent de Paul. By combining her passion for philanthropy with her love for community building, Isabella is ready to help every creator find their unique cosmic voice during the Takeover and learn how to use their own platforms for good.
